Jiggle Link helps merchants accept crypto transfers without asking customers to be crypto experts. Create a request through the API, share the link, and Jiggle guides your customer from sign-up to final transfer.
Jiggle is a non-custodial wallet on web, iOS and Android, where people hold their own funds. Jiggle Link lets you ask for a transfer with nothing more than a link.
Create a transaction request via API, then share a link with your customer.
Jiggle users can request crypto from another Jiggle user.
In both cases, the recipient opens the link and completes registration (if needed), any required crypto purchase (if needed), and the final transfer directly inside Jiggle.
You create payment requests via API and share a hosted link. Jiggle, and the exchange partners behind it, handle onboarding, on-ramp purchases where required, and the final transfer.
POST to the Jiggle Link API with the amount, currency and the address you want to receive at.
Redirect your customer to the hosted link that comes back, or send it to them.
Registration, any crypto purchase, and the final transfer, in one guided flow built to prevent transfer mistakes.
Funds go from the customer's wallet to the address you set when creating the link.
Pick a journey and watch it play. One path is built for repeat customers who already keep a balance in Jiggle; the other converts people who would normally drop off for lack of a wallet.
If a customer leaves the Jiggle Link flow, they can re-enter at the exact point they exited through the recapture flow. A pending request waits for them in the wallet until they finish.
Merchants receive crypto directly from a customer's wallet to their own external destination address. You set the address when you create the link, and the transfer goes straight to it.
The on-ramp is powered by Waltzer, which routes each customer to the most suitable exchange provider by geography, KYC profile and payment method. A customer who fails at one provider can be routed to another.
Live country, currency and payment-method coverage →Across the on-ramp or off-ramp, the customer pays an average of 8%, covering the exchange provider's spread, network costs and Jiggle's margin. It is charged at the point of crypto purchase or sale.
Identity checks are the biggest drop-off point in any crypto purchase. Jiggle Link keeps them as light as possible, and a customer only ever does them once.
Each provider sets its own rules. Some allow purchases below a threshold with no KYC, others require it upfront, and thresholds vary by jurisdiction and payment method. As a guide:
Waltzer routes each customer through the lowest-friction flow available and only steps up to verification when needed. Some customers will still verify upfront, for example where their jurisdiction is only covered by a provider that requires it, or where a transaction triggers a risk flag.
A customer verifies once, with the first provider that requires it. Waltzer shares that verification at the orchestration layer, so they are never asked to repeat it at another provider.
With a single provider, every one of these gaps means a fresh KYC or a customer you cannot serve.
Most crypto flows treat every payment as a cold start: no wallet, no balance, no history. Friction every time. Jiggle Link pays that cost once. After a customer completes a link, they own a funded, self-custodial wallet, and the next payment is click, log in, send.
Users can hold BTC, BCH, LTC, SOL, ETH, USDC and USDT in their Jiggle wallet. Jiggle Link deliberately supports a narrower set, prioritising chains with fast confirmation and low network fees, because slow or costly transfers create friction.
Jiggle Link is a hosted payment flow. Your system creates a payment request through the Jiggle API, redirects the customer to the hosted page, and can optionally welcome them back at your returnUrl after a successful payment.
